Your state and the step or issue are usually enough.

If it is about a purchase, include your Stripe receipt. Please do not send identity documents, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or card details.

Things we can help with

  • Purchase or access questions
  • Something in your plan that looks outdated or incorrect
  • A broken official link
  • Whether your situation is currently covered
  • Restoring paid access on another browser or device
  • A state you would like us to cover

Name Day purchase help

For a Name Day payment, delivery, gift-access, recipient, or refund question, include your Stripe receipt and the private gift link from the Gift Center. That link works like a key to the gift, so send it only to our support address.

Tell us what happened and whether the gift has been claimed. Please do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers, account numbers, or card details. We will verify the exact purchase before changing access or reviewing a refund.

Bought the plan on another device?

Send us your receipt. Once we verify the purchase, we can restore paid access on your current browser.

Your original answers and progress stay on the device where you created them, so those cannot be recreated during purchase recovery.

What support can't do

We can't give legal advice, file forms, or contact agencies, employers, banks, insurers, or other institutions for you.

We also can't predict how an agency will decide an individual case.

Something wrong with what you purchased?

Tell us what happened, including your state and the affected step or guide.

If it is something we can correct, clarify, replace, or restore, we'll work to resolve it first. If we confirm a material product issue that we can't reasonably resolve, we'll review the purchase under our refund policy.

Spot something outdated?

Tell us the state, the step, and what looks wrong.

We treat corrections to government guidance as a priority and check the official source before changing anything.
